Being the first Academy in North Carolina fully accredited to be teaching the arts of Jeet Kune Do, Kali/Escrima, Muay Thai, Pencak Silat and Taiji, we take this honor seriously and strive to protect the integrity of Martial Arts instruction.

 

The Raleigh Martial Arts Academy is an exclusive community of enthusiast from all levels and backgrounds that desire to be one of the elite. We accept students based upon character.

 

Regardless of your previous background or skill level if you believe in cross training, sharing knowledge, and helping your fellow member’s progress there might be a spot for you.

 

Today’s marketing crazed society can make it difficult when trying to choose a place to train. We don’t believe in gimmicks. We don’t sell franchises. Nor do we try selling you the latest exercise fad that will only leave your body broken.  We’re just a community of martial artists looking for more than trends.        

 

The only promise we make is that nothing but reality based martial arts, with the help of RMAA’s close knit community, will help you achieve your goals of becoming one of the Elite.

 

Most of the time when you find these arts the instructor’s lineage is a mile long comprised of names no one has heard of. RMAA founder Jason Culbertson has over 30 years of international experience. He is also the official South Eastern representative of Martial Arts Hall of Famer Guy Chase’s Academy of Martial Arts and is never more than once removed from the Grand Master of an art.

 

Classes are semi-private and participants are limited to insure the quality of instruction. Our training methods and community are designed to help you make serious strides.
